FAQs

If the Seller isn't paying the Buyer Agent's commission, who is?

The Buyer Agent's commission is negotiated between the Buyer and her agent.   Most often, the Buyer Agency Agreement dictates how the Buyer Agent will be paid.

What commission will I pay if you sell my home?

We charge a 3% commission on the sales price of the home.  This is paid at Closing from the Seller's proceeds.   We do have a minimum commission of $7,500 (so if your home sells for less than $250,000 you will pay a $7,500 commission).

Can you guarantee me a successful sale?

We guarantee to do our best to sell your home.  There are many factors that go into pricing and selling a home:  location, condition, size, amenities, etc.   We will work with you to price your home properly - and properly priced homes sell almost 100% of the time.

Do you offer a Buyer Agent a commission?

Out of our 3% commission, we offer Buyer Agents $500.   This offer is communicated through the MLS and is not something we negotiate.  The expectation is that if the Buyer Agent seeks more than $500, they will need to work this out directly with their client, the Buyer.
